My husband and I both bought vehicles this week. They are both amazing. My husband found the truck he's been searching years for. Low mileage, the staff never pressured us. The service was quick, the vehicles was detailed and brand new tires on both. Celeste was amazing... even through my anxiety of a big ticket purchase. I would recommend Oak Ridge Auto Sales to all my friends, family and co-workers. In my honest opinion this establishment was hands down better than any big dealership I have ever dealt with. No hidden fees like large dealerships. We are happy with our purchases! And even more impressed with the independent service. We was not just another customer. This was such an awesome experience for me, I have crazy anxiety and these ladies was so accommodating. If I could give over 5 stars I definitely would! Thanks guys for all your help.

Nicole Ollison - 2015 Nissan Altima

Yesterday I bought a 2015 Nissan Ultima from them and it was a fairly pleasant experience. This was my first big purchase on my own and the process itself was a little stressful going through the bank. But RJ was very patient with me. There’s nothing negative I could really say about this place and so far I haven’t seen anything wrong with my car other than my right front till light was out but that was an easy fix. I would definitely shop here again. For me being young and a new car owner I really appreciated RJs patients with me and answering all my questions and allowing me to test drive whatever car I need it to. And printing up the Carfax for me. Not a lot of dealerships have friendly faces, and people that will take time and answer all your questions about a car so that something I really appreciate it. some of the cars are a little overpriced from the book sale but I’ve learned that most dealerships upsell their cars anyway at least I know their cars are reliable. My sister bought a car from them and a few others bought a car from them and they haven’t had any issues my sister absolutely loves her car. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and so far and my car is doing great and she’s clean They also gave me a full tank of gas, so that was a plus’s. It was a really good experience and sidenote just to show their hospitality. I was sitting there at the end, trying to sign my paperwork and my blood sugar dropped, and I got really dizzy and one of the workers there gave me some water, and a pop tart to help bring my blood sugar back up and they also sat with me for an extra 30 minutes to connect my Bluetooth.

We bought Camry 2020 SE. I can’t believe how well maintained car was even though it has run 145k. No scratch or ruff use in inner and exterior. We love getting car from Oak ridge auto sales. I cannot say enough good things about Oak Ridge. I searched online extensively for the right vehicle for me. I found the exact Toyota Tundra that I was looking for, for sale at Oak Ridge for the most reasonable price that I could fine anywhere.After working with Josh, we could not find a lender that satisfied what I wanted out of my payment and then even after I left, he called around and found a bank with a way lower interest rate to help me get into the truck I wanted.Absolute 5 stars. I would definitely buy another car from this team, and I am not one quick to say that.Thank you Josh and Oak Ridge Auto team!

Oak ridge auto sales was hands down the best experience I’ve had. Ally was amazing and very patient and helpful and not once tried to push me into buying a vehicle until I was ready and the purchase went super smooth. I had a minor unexpected issue with my vehicle and Ally stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure myself and everything was taken care off and worked hard to make sure all was ok. I simply can’t thank her and the entire staff for everything they did. I highly recommend Oak Ridge auto sales and will definitely buy from them again.update to previous review.Service after the sale when I have had constant issues with my vehicle since the day I attempted to drive it home the day I purchased it and it died on the side of the highway, I should have known then I had bought a problem filled vehicle and should have never bought it. Yes I will give appreciation for coming to get me and fixing the initial issue, and I gave a raving review at that point: however its been nothing but problems since then and what has followed has been nothing but a headache. I have tried and tried to get them to take it back or at least trade me out of it, but as to be expected suddenly the value had dropped signifgantly from where I purchsased it and was assured of "how well i was in it as far as value was concerned, I had great equity in it" ohhh yes it was great alright, a "great disappointment and a money pit to follow" hindsight is 20/20 and I learned my lesson and defintly wont do it again. Presale service, outstanding, after the sale its a huge disappointment leaving you stuck with a vehicle thats not worth what you bought it for and as far as a quality vehicle...... if it sits on the lot as long as this one did, run, run fast and far to somwhere else.
